This site pulls live seat data straight from the theatres, so you can find the closest room with seats still open and see the film in its full 70mm glory.

Seat counts stream from the 8 Cineplex rooms in Canada and refresh every five minutes; click any row to see the actual seats. AMC showtimes and sold-out status come straight from AMC's official API, deep-linked to their ticketing. Regal and Cinemark still guard their data more jealously than the suitors guarded Penelope; those rows link to the theatre's own site.
